青も赤も同じリンゴ Red, Blue, still its Apple

りんごは赤い。

Apple is red.  

それは本当だろうか。ふとそう思った時があった。

But, is it always true?   

私には空が青く見える。

My image of the sky is blue, or light blue in precise. 

だからもし、空の絵を描いてください。と言われたら、青い絵の具を使うだろう。

So if I were asked to draw a picture of the sky, I will use a blue painting. 

でも君はね、淡い紫色の絵の具を、キャンバス一面に塗ってたの。

But, you had a canvas, that is filled with purple. 

それは、間違っていることなのかな。

People would argue that the purple sky is no "RIGHT". 

特に何か出来事があったわけじゃないけれど、ふと、そんな情景が目に浮かんだ。

It was an instant thought for me to think about this issue. 

その子はそれが「青」に見える。

That child sees purple as blue. 

それがどんなことなのか、私にはわからないです。色覚テストでまだ引っかかってないので、、多分、、大丈夫なはず、、笑

I am saying this, but I still can not understand the real meaning to see blue as purple.

少しだけ色が違って見える体質の方々のブログや、どういう色が間違いやすいのか、を調べてみました。

So I decided to research blogs and articles about "color- blinded". 

そうしたら、かの有名なゴッホは色弱だったのではないか、と言われているそうだという情報にたどり着きました。Then I found an article that said that the greatest artist, Vincent Van Gogh might have been color blinded. 

私が見ても十分美しいゴッホの絵は、少しだけ、彼らの目を通して、その情景を見ているような気分にさせてくれているのかも、とか思ってみたりました。

His artwork is beautiful enough when I see it. But, maybe it is even more beautiful, if they see his artwork. Because that is the color of what Van Gogh sees in his work. 

私のブログは、私の話じゃない、私の頭の中の想像上の話が多いです。なの

で、当事者の方々が、もし不快に思ったらどうしよう、なんて思うこともあります。

My blog, especially this page is talking about fictional things, that are not about myself. 

でも「同じじゃないと寄り添えない」、なんてことはないと思うんです。

But, this doesn't mean that  I can not share feelings with them. 

むしろ、寄り添おうとする人もいるんだと、微力ながら伝えたい、そういう気持ちで綴っています。

確かに私は、あの子の見る紫色の空を知らないまま生きていくけれど、私とあの子が見えているのは「同じ空」に変わりはないです。

It is true that I can not see the purple sky that they see. But what we are seeing is the SAME sky. 

同じ紫を共有できないならせめて、同じ空くらいは一緒に見ていたいとおもいます。

晴れて暑くもなってきた今日この頃！We can not share the color of sky, but we are still sharing the same big sky. 

窓から見える空が、それぞれ綺麗で、美しいといいな。No matter what kind of sky it is, I want the sky to be beautiful for each.
